A day of two birthdays of two of my favourite people so looking forward to celebrating with one later in a park and the other at the weekend. I have my Covid vaccine in the morning and have been off the sauce for a couple of weeks so better try and take it easy on the aperols.
Another early morning start so got a few bits done on the admin side. Now off to spend some time with the boys in the fresh air. First visit to the flats for about 10 days. This is unheard of!
Some delphiniums also arrived from Sarah Raven, a beautiful blue and a black. However, this has now prompted a search for some missing seeds, namely my Echinops ritro, Astrantia major ‘Ruby Cloud’, Agastache pallidiflora ssp. neomexicana ‘Rose Mint’, Helianthus annuus ‘Magic Roundabout’ and Eryngium alpinum. Apparenty they arrived on 26 March and I have no idea where they are… fingers crossed I find them before the sowing season is over.
